We'll have an initial consultation to learn about your business operations, needs and goals. During the call, we'll dive deeper into our services & how we work to see if if we'd be a good fit to work together.

How OUR process works
Service Agreement
Once we've agreed upon the initial terms, you'll be invited to our secure communication portal where you'll find a formal service agreement for your review and signing. We do not believe in locking clients into long term agreements as our work and impact speaks for itself. All packages are month-to-month, recurring. Cancel anytime!

Onboarding / Kick-off
Welcome to the team! At this point, you would have received a welcome packet. We'll have an official kick-off / strategy meeting and begin services.

If we determine we're a good fit to move forward, you'll invite us to your Accounting system so we can perform an assessment of your books. After completing the assessment, we'll provide you with a report of our findings and a fixed quote for services (and pre-cleanup if needed)
