Being a business owner myself, I think it's only right that I provide some information on my background for some assurance of my expertise.
With over a decade of experience in Accounting and Corporate Finance, I have honed my skills working for large Fortune 500 companies, most recently as a Financial Controller overseeing a multinational business unit. I bring extensive experience in internal controls, financial planning & analysis, M&A due diligence, and personal and corporation taxation. Some of my accomplishments are: aggressively reducing aged receivables ($60M in a year), performing the due diligence for a $200M acquisition, and providing the pricing analysis for a $300M government contract bid (we won). As for credentials: I hold a degree in Finance, am a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and an IRS Enrolled Agent.
Now that we have that out of the way… I reside in the beautiful state of Connecticut. I love the outdoors and my mornings are not complete without a cup of matcha. When I am not working, I'm enjoying time with my family and practicing gratitude.
